Summary: IEngineContext is null on WizardStepPage Reset method

Description:
When you override the Reset method of the WizardStepPage, the
IEngineContext is null.
To replicate this problem update the Sample project WizardSampleSite to use the
trunk version and you will notice that the Reset method on MainInfoStep throws
a null reference exception.
