I'm dealing with the problem now (i.e. coding a "solution") for our app. We have a MVP setup with webforms where child presenters/controls are being requested from parent ones dynamically (no direct call's to Windsor though, I have that entire thing encapsulated). I'm a bit annnoyed by the fact that *I* need to track all presenters per web request to decomission them the right way.
