The user Florian Straub (Flominator) has changed the issue MR-ISSUE-529
"HtmlHelper.Link has wrong parameter order".
Here is what the user changed:

The function actually does it the other way round. What do we do?
Change the code or the docs?
Was it maybe already changed in never builds (got no download
possibility at this pc)?
