This is a patch that introduces a new facility that is intended to
replace the existing TypedFactoryFacility. The facility adds fluent
registration, interception of Dispose and implementation of multiple return
types. It also requires less configuration than the current facility. There
are about 40 tests demonstrating its intended behaviour.
This is my first patch to the Castle project, so any feedback would be welcome.
