Kinda, By floating I mean each one committer can have the license on their computer, but there's no central server to block you if anyone else is running the instance bound to the same license already. So it's up to us to notify each other if we're using the license, to stay fair to Patrick.
It's a little inconvenient, but since it's not something we'll use everyday outside of the CI server, I think it won't be too hard to work out, unless anyone has a better idea.
