When using CreateInterfaceProxyWithTargetInterface to generate proxies
that allow changing the invocation target, it would be nice to be able to
change the target permanently. This might manifest itself by chahge the
IChangeProxyTarget to ChahgeInvocationTarget(object target, bool permanently)
