Ah, there's a project "filter" in there.  I'll just checked in a version
that doesn't do filtering.  I'd imagined originally that it would be used on
the old trunk and would strip out the projects that you didn't want.

And yes, I've fixed the obj and bin now.  :)  They weren't causing a
problem: I hadn't actually included the generated files.  Another artifact
of my checkin issues, I'm afraid.
