Hello Roelof,

The version of FishEye/Crucible that studio runs on does not support git.
There should be no problem installing the jira plugin for git, but without
Fisheye/Crucible, the functionality would be somehow more limited.

There are long term plans for Studio to provide git support, but for now the
only way to fully use git with Studio is to use git-svn:
http://www.kernel.org/pub/software/scm/git/docs/git-svn.html

Regards
Diego Alonso
