Description:
The security Viewcomponent allow you to include content for a user who
*is* authorized, but does not have an option to include alternate text (like
"Sign in or create account HERE") for users for are NOT authorized.
The attached patch provides that option. It remains backward compatible to the
old component (ie, you can provided name "authorized" and "notauthorized"
sections, or one unnamed section which is assumed to be "authorized".
Patch also simplifies handling of the "roles" parameter.
(HIGH importance, since I've already written code which uses it when I was
working off the trunk, which fails it I try using the release version)
