NDepend is currently missing, but should be easy to add.

I will look into adding the "merge" task to build.proj, so we can keep the #
of build configurations down.

The Silverlight build should be easy with MSBuild, we need to look into
Julian Birch's solution transform for generating the Silverlight project
files. Julian?

For Mono xbuild <http://www.mono-project.com/Microsoft.Build> should be
used, I'd love somebody with an interest in Mono to provide this.
