Hi,

I was trying to migrate the ActiveRecord to msbuild, but something is
wrong and I can't figure out what is. The build runs successfully on
my machine, but with TeamCity it fails[1] with some generic message.
Since I'm no TeamCity or MsBuild expert, I could use some help here.
