Personally I don't care too much for Fisheye but you can one thing it does that github doesn't is searching. You'd have to clone a repository and search it locally.
I asked Atlassian some months ago about this and they're willing to migrate Castle to another, newer, fisheye server, one that supports git: http://forums.atlassian.com/thread.jspa?threadID=38262 The thing is, since every project now has its own repository, Atlassian would have to have one fisheye repository per project... it's kinda messy... and IMO not really worth it.
