Description:
NamingPartsSubSystem uses ':' to detect properties in component's name
(ComponentName.Setup). DefaultKernel.RegisterHandlerForwarding uses
'forwardedType.FullName + ": Forward to: " + name' as the new handler name, and
thus causing ComponentName.Setup to try parsing the name, which obviously fails.
Is this formatting something important or just dropping the ':' from the new
handler name would be acceptible?
