it is not declared as such.

Description:
The Castle.Windsor.Adapters.ComponentModel.ContainerWrapper returns a
reference to itself when it is asked 'GetService' for the type
'IWindsorContainer', yet the ContainerWrapper does NOT implement
IWindsorContainer, meaning that the caller will experience a class cast
exception (or null result, when safe-casting).
Regardless, the return value is useless.
