How do managers in general respond when you tell them you are using beta stage components? What do you tell them to argue for your case... I am often faced with a debate whether to use beta versions or not, but almost always fail to make a solid point. I guess I'm not a very good debater :)
In general I'm up against the motto "if it works, don't fix it" (actually it's more like "it seems to be working, so don't mess with it!") Oh well, rant aside... Any good arguments?
