I'm happy to move it into Core.
Either way all I'm trying to do is reduce the number of MR dependencies :)

I remember that it was agreed to move the pagination from MR because
it conceptually has a use outside of MR so I would -1 for putting it
back into it's original assembly and +1 to put it in castle.core that
someway contains other bits to support castle projects.
