The easiest is probably if you take donjon offline, make a backup of the DB and attachments, which I then use to import into YouTrack. You could run the tool directly on the server but it might save time if I just run it locally since all of the configuration settings are hardcoded. We need to coordinate a time so the issue tracker is offline for the shortest amount of time. Ping me via email, IM or twitter DM when you are online next and we can discuss it. I will need a bit of time to make sure I can migrate the new snapshot. I can be online today (Sunday) for another 6hours. I can be more flexible on Tuesday because I'm not attending the office.
