Hey,
I was thinking of updating the now famous exception message we have when
the handler for per-web-request lifestyle was not registered.
It's no longer accurate for IIS7, so we need to have a "if you're using
IIS7..." clause.
Just to make 100% sure and can anyone clarify what is the rule - where
and when should the handler be registered?
Feel free to update the code and exception message accordingly yourself
instead (hi Maurucio ;-) )
