Hey,

I was thinking of updating the now famous exception message we have when the handler for per-web-request lifestyle was not registered. It's no longer accurate for IIS7, so we need to have a "if you're using IIS7..." clause.

Just to make 100% sure and can anyone clarify what is the rule - where and when should the handler be registered?

Feel free to update the code and exception message accordingly yourself instead (hi Maurucio ;-) )

Krzysztof
