Henry, you may not need to do that, because I know Roelof's script does some
magic (it adds conditional compiles) if build configuration is called
Debug/Release{TARGET_FRAMEWORK}.
Just not sure if it also changes target framework automatically?

Not sure if it's the right approach, but I usually edit the csproj
file and replace the hardcoded <targetframeworkversion> by a dynamic
one, using the $(TargetFrameworkVersion) property.
