AR integration is separate. Dunno about MR integration...

While we're on it - what do we do about AR integration - there's no AR for .NET 
4 - should I release AR integration just for .NET 3.5 then?

Can someone (Roelof?) update build scripts for the AR integration facility if 
needed?
