Ok, so for now I've migrated the content with some basic restructuring; the section at the end of the Views page outlines that support is provided and the AJAX and JSON page contains most of the content.

If JQuery is going to be used in the future the JavaScript snippets will need to be updated and references to Prototype and links to the Prototype site should be replaced with JQuery.
