There is the MR.IInitializeable which was introduced in place of Core.IInitializeable, but it is half baked - some services do not implement the proper interface, and the initialization code (in OneTimeInitializationThingy) is looking for Core.IInitializeable. bottom line - master is broken. I will ammend this for now so that it will be working. now that we use git we can do these types of refactorings on branches without the svn overhead.
