I have tried looking around with regard to making certain properties
required dependencies, however all I found was this old post, and
looking at the source this does not appear to have been implemented.

Was there a reason this was not done, or was it just abandoned? I have
patched a version of the PropertiesDependencyModelContributor with an
implementation of this feature -- will this be useful or acceptable in
Windsor?

My main aim for this is highlighted in the Stack Overflow question
below but essentially I am using a Service Locator in my base
controller classes to bring in services which are ubiquitous across an
application, but it's a lot nicer to allow the container to do that
work
