I think the ideal way to handle this is to set up redirects on the using site to the most appropriate equivalent on the stw page. We don't want to lose the pagerank of the current site or confuse people with bookmarks and this way it's as transparent as possible to end users and search engines (just use permanent redirects and a Google Sitemap).
