You get the list of packages with "o list-wrap -remote" We also support the nuget package repositories, so if you add that, you can get their packages converted on the fly to openwrap ones.
As for the test runner support, OpenWrap will get tests packaged in a package to be ran just after a list of packages has been installed, and if tests don't pass, will rollback the update, ensuring that any upgrade of one package causing another package to fail will be detected early. This will prevent most issues that users may face (such as people signing their assemblies). THere will be a way to specify which tests are ran as well, so we don't end up running tests that have side- effects.
