Subject: Recent Castle.Services.Transactions changes


I have concerns about recent changes to this repository. I don't want to sound 
rude, but as a PMC member 
I'd like to voice my opinion with other PMC members and committers.

I started a new thread, rather than discussing this in the readonly 
transactions one which is
 already quite lengthy.

Castle.Transactions didn't start yesterday, so I don't agree with this change:

In the past we have always required committers to hand over copyright to
 the Castle Project, so that we don't get into the situation other open 
source projects (e.g. NHibernate) have. This was one of the reasons we needed 
the license header in every file:
