Two comments. 1) I feel the theme colors around the name, to look a bit too 'bloody'. But the real problem is about legibility, it feels like lacking contrasting (red to black). 2) At the time the mock was done Google+, wasn't all the rage it is now, but I think it would be nice to put something there alongside FB/TW, but maybe it will need to wait for Google+ support for business/organizations to be available.
