Hi, Not that I know of; the way I intend to solve that is by having the rakefile invoke :msbuild twice with different configurations. We are targeting 3.5 and 4.0, right?
Started experimenting with mono today as well, but it could not build many things, not even a C#-only w/o p-invoke core-domain service... Got 'CompilerInternalException' ^^. Albacore doesn't run on linux very well; thinking of fixing that. A solution for the long term is building with openwrap and having owrap generate the nugets; it supports on-the-fly retargeting very nicely.
