In an attempt to get my head around all the moving parts surrounding the proposed restructuring, I put my thoughts into a document, which I'm sharing here with the group. It seemed better to do things this way, rather than sending a huge, rambling email.
Everyone in the group can edit and comment on the doc. If it's deemed useful, I can share it with the users list, or publish it publicly.
Basically, what I see is that we've got foure related, but separate concerns here WRT the full Castle stack:
1. Develop 2. Build/Release 3. Package/Publish 4.
