I'm afraid I haven't been fully understanding what this repo merge meant...
Castle.Transactions is not a part of Castle.Windsor so it would be a good thing if you unmerged them. Sorry about not noticing this earlier. AutoTx is possibly a consumer of Castle.Windsor, but it's versioned in lock-step with Castle.Transactions and that's probably easier than to version it with Windsor.
