I'm not sure I understand. We did have multiple projects already. Can you elaborate?

Since we may have more than a single project on core, I've chosen the latter

I noticed after re-routing my local to the new repository and pulling changes
that I ended up having two places with source:
root/src/<<Projects>>
root/Core/src/<<Projects>>

The former is how it used to be, the latter is new. Is there any particular
reason for that? I find the /Core/ folder superfulous and I would strongly
prefer to stick to the old structure.

Done for Windsor

New repository:
[email protected]:castleproject/Windsor.git
With Windsor, Transaction and some facilities. All history should be
there for the source files (not build, libs, tools, etc)

Next on the queue is Core.
