I'm debugging an issue in

`parentHandler.TryResolve`.
As I'm going to be submitting an issue with a proposed fix for
`Castle.MicroKernel.Handlers.ParentHandlerWithChildResolver`, should I
just put this in the same changeset, or are separate bug reports /
tests preferred?
