Latest changes in nhibernate makes it not so easy to update it. Especially 
with introducing their own dynamic proxy factory. I've tryied to upgrade, 
but with default proxy factory its not possible to implement lazy loading 
that works out of session scope. 
And as for me, releases that are not relevant to latest NH releases 
basically mean "don't use it".
