Agreed. As a public disclosure, my interest in OSS is nearly zero. By principle I dont want to invest any of my time in what's not code. I have no interest in people using my stuff, and could as well make MR3/4 a private repos. Unless there's corporate interest in buying my time to add documentation, sample and whatnot, I dont see myself doing it...
After seeing Linus talks, I understand this is not an uncommon position to take.. Sorry if it sounds harsh, it's just the sad realization that OSS wont pay my bills, wont pay for my retirement and won't even afford me some desert after dinner.
