Note that Win8 SDK is "Preview" while the included .NET v4.5 SDK is "RC" Also note (from that page): "The Windows SDK no longer ships with a complete command-line build environment. You must install a compiler and build environment separately. If you require a complete development environment that includes compilers and a build environment, you can download Visual Studio 2012 RC<http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=238476>, which includes the necessary components of the Windows SDK."
