you can use debug versions from the build server.
once you find a version you like and want in release, look at on the version
of any of the assemblies.
the last number (revision) corresponds to the svn revision number.
once you know with revision you want in release, you can "svn update
REV_NO", and "nant quick build release"
it will build a release version without running the tests (as those were
already ran for this release on the build server and turned out green)

setting a build environment, if you don't need to run tests, is simply
downloading nant and a svn client.

for tests you'd also need an rdbms with two empty databases, and MSDTC
service running.

that's about it.
