Yes - just to reiterate what Jan is saying; Our controller works fine - our issue is the previously mentioned NullReferenceException when using *any* kind of Viewcomponent within a mail "template" (or mail "view" if that is a better name).
The above test case highlights that this isn't working. Is it a known bug, and if so is there a workaround?
