Is there a way to apply configuration settings to a facility using the
fluent configuration interface.
I'm looking to duplicate this line of binsor config code in C#:
Facility("logging", LoggingFacility, loggingApi:
LoggerImplementation.Log4net, configFile: "log4net.cofig")
