I am using log4net and I have configured a log4net.config.
I am seeing logging working in other places (nhibernate). I am using
plain old MonoRail with no Windsor Integration at moment.
You reference logging.config, so you probably are using Windsor and
Facilities.
In my monorail config I do have a services entry for logging, so it is
available for use, but Controller.cs does not initialize the logger.
