The importance of all this is, that, say, the CollapsiblePanel control, for example, can ask the JavascriptHelper object what is the develper's preferred javascript framework, and, based on that, automatically generate code for either prototype/scriptocus or jQuery. (which, in fact, the CollapsiblePanel control now does, as will the menu VC I'll be checking in soon).
