I have a grid control that when you double click on the item, it should load in the form on the same page. It doesn't seem that the form is loading. I don't get an error. In the Output window, I do get this: A first chance exception of type 'Castle.ActiveRecord.Framework.Scopes.ScopeMachineryException' occurred in Castle.ActiveRecord.DLL
