Ken, Yes it should (most of the time) but it's still a valid C# code, which means its a bug in DP. Trent, please prepare a testcase and submit a bug into donjon: http://support.castleproject.org/projects/DYNPROXY/ As a workaround please see if Ken's suggestion fixes it for you.
