I think it would be more like
session = sessionManager.OpenSession();
Hashtable dependencies = new Hashtable();
dependencies.Add("sessopm", session);
return container.Resolve(serviceType.FullName, dependencies);
This assumes the serviceType ctor has an argument called session of type
ISession
