I did have a decent shot at trying to get MK building on silverlight, but I
had to stop as it was getting late and there was just so many things missing
from Silverlight it was taking a long time to work out alternatives for
them.

I may find some more time in the near future to see if I can get further.
I'll consider committing what I have got so far.
