Fluent nhibernate is a different project, with no relation to Castle: http://code.google.com/p/fluent-nhibernate/ About the config, I don't quite understand... do you want to programatically register controllers via the fluent reg api, or register them via xml, or both? Where does it say that the windsor integration ignores controllers? I have an app where controllers are programatically registered, and some have parameters defined in xml, and it all just works. Or maybe I'm misunderstanding something?
