How do you design a plugin factory that plays nice with construction
based DI?  I have a plugin factory that news up the correct plugin
based upon an arg passed into the GetPlugin call.  Unfortunately,
these Plugins have constructor dependencies that must be satisfied.
Am I forced to put these as dependencies in the factory constructor so
I can later satisfy the plugin dependcies at construction time?
