Something like this will register all assemblies in a directory:
string[] dlls = System.IO.Directory.GetFiles
(AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory + "/plugins", "*.dll");
foreach(string asmpath in dlls)
{
container.Register(AllTypes.Of<IPlugin>()
.FromAssembly(Assembly.LoadFile
(asmpath)).WithService.FromInterface());
}
