One of my classes overrides IsValid by checking for a similar occurence in the database. If it finds one, I would like to add a message to the ValidationErrorMessages property stating the case. However, it appears that I cannot explicitly add a string to the ValidationErrorMessages array. Is there any way for me to be able to add strings to ValidationErrorMessages?
