You are doing nothing wrong. We haven't kept the silverlight project files
up to date (and haven't had a chance to automate the generation).

Our build server uses csc rather than msbuild; so building for silverlight
is like this:
nant -t:silverlight-2.0 -D:project.config=release

We'll need to get the SL project files updated.
