there is one: public object CreateClassProxy(Type classToProxy, Type[] additionalInterfacesToProxy, ProxyGenerationOptions options, object[] constructorArguments, params IInterceptor[] interceptors)
I don't think it's worth to create yet another overload without ProxyGenerationOptions, since we already have a ton of them. C# 4.0 and it's optional arguments is a deliverance for cases like this.
